When we receive your request, we will search available properties and e-mail the information to you.  Each e-mail will contain detailed information such as square footage, room sizes, property size, taxes, HVAC systems, number of baths, and much more.  If available, you will receive additional photo slideshows and/or virtual tour links.

We also offer a free automated listing tracker for the Williamsburg and the Hampton Roads Multiple Listing Services (MLS).  Upon request, you will automatically receive e-mail notification each time a property matching your criteria becomes available, thereby not missing properties new to the market.  Should your criteria change, simply e-mail us to update your profile.  You no longer have to spend your time constantly searching for a home.
